Job Description

Our client is currently seeking an Account Manager for their North West Region

  • Responsible for the development of new and existing customers in your region, covering the North West of the UK
  • Lead on high level negotiations with your customers to ensure you're maximising your profit potential
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business/customer opportunities in line with Saica's strategic plan and ambitions
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager in planning of commercial activities
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure you maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • On-going collaboration with the Customer Service team to any correspondence or engagement with customers
  • Carry out market research to maintain databases and ensure you are aware of opportunities within the North West Region

The Successful Applicant

  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Previous experience of selling packaging solutions into retailers would be advantageous
  • A strong attitude towards business development, able to demonstrate a track record of achievement in delivering budgeted sales goals, key customer growth plans and a proven track record of new business development success
  • Excellent communication skills including negotiating and influencing skills
  • Highly focused and driven nature to achieve sales targets in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to create long lasting, strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Be located in the North West of England
