Sales Advisor
Our client is an entrepreneurial start up entering its 4th year with a core aim to make legal services affordable and accessible to everyone. They have experienced amazing growth so far and are now looking for new Sales Advisors to join their team.
They have a promising opportunity for someone who is excited to help pioneer a new project and is looking to develop their skills into a new career path within a creative, modern and dynamic company.
Our client is seeking a full-time Sales Advisor in Leicester, the role comes with a base salary of £25,000 plus a generous bonus scheme with OTE of up to £40,000 per year, with full technical training provided.
The Role
You will be joining a new team within the organisation, helping our client shape and deliver an affordable and amazing solution to customers within a new product range. Your role will involve maintaining your own portfolio of clients and managing your own diary alongside scheduled pre-booked appointments and contacting clients directly over the phone. On the initial call you will be using a consultative approach to advise on the best solution and products for your client, in line with our client’s ethos of putting the customer first.
The must haves:
- Previous sales experience
- Experience working with targets
- Strong communication and active listening skills

- Previous experience within the Insurance, Finance or Legal Sectors
