Waking Night Support Worker


Hays Social Care are proud to be working on behalf of a reputable national organisation, to recruit for Night Care Assistants to join their team.

Within this role, you will be working within a medium sized residential home, which provide support to elderly residents Your main responsibilities of this role will be to build companionship with these residents and ensure they are safe, comfortable and supported at all times. You will also be involved in arranging activities within the home for the day staff to attend.

To be considered for this role, you MUST have a minimum of 6 months experience within Social Care - ideally within the last 2 years. You must be a passionate individual who understands the importance of providing person centred care. As this role is a Waking Night position, you must feel comfortable committing to night shifts (shifts are 8-8). It is also necessary for you to be able to drive/ get a lift to the home's location as it is not accessible by public transport.
