HomeFix is our in house repairs and maintenance service.

We are looking to appoint a Head of HomeFix to bring fresh thinking, vision and drive and to head up this critical function, which sits at the heart of our business.

It’s an exciting, accountable and highly visible role for an experienced and people focused operational manager. You will relish the challenges of leading a dispersed multi trade and business support function of 100 people and managing a budget of £7m.

Reporting to the Executive Director – Customer Operations, you will have responsibility for the operational delivery of our in-house repairs and maintenance teams, creating a culture of continuous improvement, supported by robust processes, reporting and performance management.

We are looking for someone who can champion significant change through digital technology, maximise the effective use of data and develop and grow the business.

You will manage, motivate and support a large multi-disciplinary workforce, ensuring effective delivery of responsive repairs, planned works, voids and compliance services. Knowledge of building safety, CDM and other H&S compliance regulations as they apply to our activities, is essential.
