About you...

To be successful in this position you must have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong IT proficiency
  • Ability to contribute to the development of operating plans
  • Excellent communication skills with a variety of stakeholders, at all levels
  • Understanding of how to improve service quality for the benefit of user(s) and to develop services in line with needs
  • Able to make quick decisions and respond to emergency situations
  • Able to work occasional weekends and evenings as required, as well as 24 hour on-call duties as required
  • Has geographical knowledge of Avon, Somerset and Gloucestershire, and can travel to these areas when needed
