Fully remote contracts at Senior and Principal Planner level


Its not often interim opportunities with such an impressive mix of attractive terms and interesting work come about, so I'm genuinely excited to be working on these fully remote working contracts, with one of local authority clients.


Principal Planner X 2
An opportunity to work on a range of majors projects; varied commercial developments, 5,000+ residential schemes, a railway station development and a new stadium.

Applicants will need extensive experience in an LPA setting, handling major applications. Experience in a broad range of major applications would be beneficial, but isn't essential and work will be allocated based on experience and priority.

Terms:

• Fully remote working contracts
• 6 month contract, possibility of extension
• Rates range from £40-£50/h depending on experience

Senior Planner X 2
These opportunities will focus on a caseload of complex minors and some smaller majors. Although they will consider candidates who only wish to look at non majors. Some new, some backlog cases. Experience in an LPA setting will be important.

Terms:

• Fully remote working contracts
• 6 month contract, possibility of extension
• Rates rage from £35-£42/h depending on experience
