School Experienced Administrator in Newark Job

Your new company

Hays Education are working with a school in Nottingham who are looking for a School Administrator.

Your new role

As a School Administrator you will play an integral part in maintaining the vital functions of the school to ensure it runs smoothly. You will have the responsibility to provide administrative support to the whole school, and your duties may include responding to emails, dealing with school meals administration, ordering stationery, paying invoices, handling monies, printing and photocopying and managing school systems like SIMS.


What you'll need to succeed

• Experience working within a school office
• Working knowledge of systems such as MS Office
• Experience using SIMS system or ability to pick systems up quickly
• Great organisation and communication skills
• An enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one
