About the Role

We are seeking a First Line Assurance Analyst to provide support with the management of Enterprise Risk and Controls. You will act as a conduit between business functions and the risk function to develop risk and control management, in line with the Risk Management Framework and in preparation for a new Risk Management System.

About You

We’d like our First Line Assurance Analyst to have experience in risk and control management or in an oversight risk function, within the financial services industry. You’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to learn, interpret and disseminate new regulation and guidance. With critical thinking and analytical skills, you will be comfortable delivering training to medium-large groups and have effective change management, planning and organisational skills.

An International Certificate in Risk Management as well as an Investment Management certificate is highly desirable, as is project management and change management experience.
