The Parenting Team, work with many families however their primary focus is with chronic neglect cases where there has been a history of neglect, keyworkers will identify parents' motivation to change in the hope of breaking the cycle. Neglect can have a detrimental impact on the development and well-being of the children.

Parenting offers intensive interventions to families to try to minimise the impact and break the cycle of neglect, reinforce positive parenting whilst repairing relationships and building resilience as a family unit.
