If you are capable of rising to a challenge, highly resilient, willing to learn and adapt and be held accountable to your results so that they can help you to succeed in your role, this is the perfect opportunity to join a fast-growing professional services business.
You’ll be joining a top-performing business coaching practice with a proven track record of growth, highly satisfied clients and multiple awards, giving you the opportunity to develop and shape your career through their world-class training programmes. Opportunities for learning and progression are abundant, and you will be expected to participate fully in these to ensure that you are at the top of your game.
Serving businesses primarily in Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, you’ll be committed to helping businesses and their owners become better: increasing their profits, building stronger teams and developing their business so it can ultimately work without them. You should therefore have a genuine interest in business and what makes people and businesses successful.
You’ll understand that you’ll need high levels of determination and resilience to succeed in this role, but this high level of resilience will come with a high level of reward.
The role is part-time but could be performed in 15-25 hours per week if you are an organised and well-disciplined person.
You will be:
- A great communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Highly personable – able to easily create rapport with all levels of people
- Confident to spend time on the phone speaking with prospects
- Able to think outside the box, be proactive and solutions-focused and willing to go the extra mile
- Resilient enough to take the setbacks and exhibit a can-do attitude to overcome them
- Target-driven with a determination to achieve
You will be responsible for:
- Making appointments over the telephone: 80% of the role requires this
- Representing the company by telephone or written communications and occasionally in person
- Your main goal will be to generate appointments and seminar attendees through sales and marketing activities
- You will drive the sales and follow-up process, which will include creating and maintaining a database of prospects and clients
- You will be expected to follow-up communications with prospects and clients
- Keeping accurate records of KPIs and maintaining the client database
You will benefit from:
World Class training and development resources including full training programme, group accountability and one-on-one coaching to develop your full potential
- Work from home, flexible family friendly working hours to be agreed 20 to 25 hours per week.
- Basic pay of £12,000 to £20,000 p/a, depending on experience & hours
- Monthly uncapped Performance Related Bonus OTE £3000
