Temporary for 2 months but could extend, Fulltime in Milton Keynes £13.70 per hour

Your new company
A Financial Technology Company that provides payment processing services, merchant services and related payment services. It also provides reloadable prepaid debit cards and payroll cards, and demand deposit accounts to the underbanked.

Your new role
You will be working as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter who will be reporting to the Sr Recruiter. You will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process for designated business areas, ensuring headcount targets are achieved by employing traditional sourcing strategies as well as developing new and creative recruiting ideas.

• Creating up to date job adverts to attract ideal candidates
• Completing pre-screens, filtering through candidates who meet our business needs
• Liaising with Team Managers and Operational Managers to create a smooth experience for our candidates from application all the way through to their start date
• Liaising with agencies and other external recruitment firms

What you'll need to succeed

• A passion for recruitment
• The drive and determination to rise to a challenge
• Office Administrator experience
• Some recruitment experience
