This well funded app based start-up is seeking a Data & Analytics Lead to set up all the reporting & dashboards for the business and support the head of departments with their data & analytics needs. The company have just gone through series A funding and are ready to grow.
What you’ll be doing
You will be one of the first permanent data hires into the business and will work alongside a Senior Data Engineer to deliver the data infrastructure the company needs to get going. Working closely with the Product Team, the Heads of Marketing & Technology and the Senior Data Engineer, you'll quickly get to grips with the analytics and reporting needs of the business with a view of prioritising the analytics roadmap for the business. Working with the Senior Data Engineer, you'll design the back-end data architecture and get the business what it wants in terms of self-serve analytics. You'll have a commercial hat on too, by understanding how the company can monetise the data it creates, you'll help with the overall business model.
What experience you’ll need to apply
- Dashboard development experience using Mixpanel/Tableau/Power BI/Looker
- Ability to understand and support the Marketing, Product, Sales & Finance teams with their data needs
- Exposure to data engineering, marketing & customer analytics and data science
- People and Project Management experience
- Some statistical analysis experience with Python or R is preferred
- Any exposure to cloud infrastructure preferred
