We are seeking a People Operations Partner to join our growing People & Talent team.

Reporting into the People & Talent Director, this is a new and varied Operations role, responsible for strengthening and managing our end to end employment processes, including our global P&T polices, processes, payroll and benefits. The role manages a People Operations Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the P&T Director to create a people operations roadmap and strategy, ensuring it aligns with the business needs and moves us towards continued growth, speed, innovation and scalability
  • Improve, implement and administer P&T policies and procedures across the UK, US and Hong Kong
  • Regular review of the P&T collateral (employment contracts, letters, handbooks) to ensure legislative changes are captured
  • Collate regular reports on our people data to support and drive our P&T initiatives
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources and employment law
  • Collaborate with the P&T Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Partners, to support successful and effective roll out of processes and policies
  • Own the global benefits offering from benefits benchmarking, implementation, day to day administration and renewal
  • Responsible for the HRIS, ensuring that we are configuring the tools and systems to help manage people processes through the employee lifecycle and completing regular audit and reviews of processes to continuously improve the quality of the data
  • Oversee management of the People & Talent mail inbox

Skills and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, or a similar degree.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Operations specialist or a related job position in the Human Resources department.
  • Proficient in HR software and MS Office Tools.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Sound understanding of employment law (UK with experience of the US).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Excellent ability to work simultaneously on multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and healthy working environment.
