THE ROLE
Reporting to the CEO, the Marketing Director will create holistic plans to build the brand and enhance the relevance and reputation of the partner group.
The Marketing Director will work closely with business leaders to support ongoing business development efforts and create campaigns to keep the organisation front of mind with target market segments in the UK and around the globe.
The Marketing Director will be responsible for continuously measuring and optimising the channels and platforms used to build brand, reputation and business.
Areas of accountability for the role of Marketing Director include:
- Brand identity, messaging and positioning: as brand guardian, ensuring the unique value proposition is well articulated for each target
- Content marketing and demand generation: developing content that is relevant to the global reputation, practices and geography, with a content rich calendar to drive interest at C-suite level.
- Events: developing virtual and live events to build awareness, relevance and reputation
- PR and communications: driving all internal and external communications
- Partner and practice area enablement: ensuring partners have the programmes and tools required for success
- Digital marketing: optimising digital marketing channels, website evolution, SEO performance, CRM, SEM and social presence.
