PO5: £46,392 pa in annual increments to £49,428 pa including a 7% market supplement
Permanent and Full Time
The Lambeth Living Well Network Alliance (LWNA) brings together Certitude, Lambeth Clinical Commissioning Group, Lambeth Council, South London & Maudsley Trust and Thames Reach to deliver an innovative way of providing mental health support. Together LWNA partners support the achievement of the ‘big three outcomes’ identified by local people: to support people to recover and stay well, make their own choices and participate on an equal footing in daily life.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead on the development and delivery of Lambeth’s ambitious Low Traffic Neighbourhood (LTN) programme, providing sponsorship, guidance and quality assurance to ensure that strategic objectives are achieved. The post holder will act as sponsor and be accountable for projects forming a key element of Lambeth’s Transport Strategy and Climate Action Plan. The post holder will ensure that the Council’s strategic aims are supported, including the provision of advice, guidance and technical expertise on this programme and related initiatives
Key duties include:
- In conjunction with the Transport Strategy Programme Lead, to lead and provide strategic oversight for the development of the LTN programme, within approved budgets.
- To identify, assess, define and develop projects that support the implementation of Lambeth’s LTN programme and to act as project sponsor to guide and oversee the delivery of Lambeth led projects, ensuring outputs and outcomes that support Transport Strategy objectives.
- To be proactive in the identification, resolution or escalation of project risks and issues, and development of contingency plans. To support the management of project risks and interdependencies.
- To ensure that community and stakeholder engagement is deep, wide-ranging, effective and inclusive and that infrastructure projects are agreed in principle for delivery by the Capital Studio and other internal and external delivery agents as appropriate.
