Our client is now looking for an Academic Programme Coordinator to join their busy team in Oxford!

Salary: £23000 – £27000 depending on experience

Academic Programme Coordinator Duties:

• Development of academic programmes and activities through the entire process from the early designing and timetabling to the delivery stage
• Exploring and contracting tutors and speakers for specific topics required
• Co-ordination of the administration of student-facing events, activities and resources
• Maintaining and development of programme handbooks, regulations and promotional materials
• General programme administration

Academic Programme Coordinator Requirements:

• Strong commitment to student-centred approaches in learning and teaching
• Good computer skills
• Database management (e.g. OneDrive)
• Attention to detail
• Multi-tasking skills
• Pro-active and ‘can-do’ attitude
• Clear interpersonal and communication skills
• Min. 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Master’s degree (or BA degree + significant experience)
• Experience working with international clients
• Good knowledge of Oxbridge system and tutorial teaching
• Good understanding of teacher training, academic writing, HE system
• Some marketing experience is desirable but not necessary
