This leading creative agency based in Covent Garden is looking for an Office Manager to oversee all office functions and manage the front of house reception. Medium sized and growing, award winning and shortlisted as ‘best place to work’ four times in a row - this is a great opportunity and a great time to join.

Areas of responsibility will include :

• Managing front of house to include greeting all visitors, keeping the area looking immaculate, co-managing an intern who will also be based on reception Managing all hospitality, setting up rooms, organising lunches and refreshments Developing in-house admin procedures, creating documents for running reception Key management, ordering taxes, couriers etc Setting up supplier contracts, ensuring competitive pricing and maintaining quality of service Overseeing contractors to repair and maintain office Assisting with events – researching venues, attending meetings about agency social events and helping organise events Supporting colleagues with administrative and research tasks as required Ensuring their Environmental Management System is adhered to, managing reporting of Ad Net Zero

Key skills and experience required :

• Office management experience in a media or creative company You will need to be a friendly, confident, pro-active self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to assist at Director level Creatively minded with excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task Flexibility, willingness and a great attitude essential as you will be working across all areas of the business The agency is committed to an industry led environmental initiative so an interest in environmental issues would be beneficial Previous experience of Health and Safety would also be useful
