Hampton's are working in partnership with a well-respected, not-for-profit health and social care provider who provide support for Elderly individuals with Dementia and other similar. Our client have some exciting growth plans over the next few years however they are dedicated to ensuring both their service users and staff are happy, healthy and safe to achieve their full potential. Our Client have vast experience operating in care sector, providing genuinely personalised support of the highest standard.
To support their growth plans they are currently looking to recruit a strategic, enthusiastic and dynamic Head of Care. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will take strategic and operational responsibility for the delivery of outstanding, high quality, safe Services. You will also be responsible for taking our clients vision and transforming it in to into a plan and driving that through to fruition - it will be your responsibility to proactively network and seek out opportunities to ensure the long term sustainability of the organisation.
Salary: £62,000 + Company benefits
Location: North West
Candidates suitable for this post will be able to demonstrate:
- 5 years' experience in a senior operational role in the health and social care sector leading change.
- An extensive local authority commissioning network.
- Strategic management experience gained at or near Board level in the private, public or third sector.
- Excellent knowledge of Elderly/Dementia and Residential care.
- Having significant experience of managing multiple services.
- The ability to hold the NI role with an excellent understanding of CQC regulations and requirements.
- Exceptional understanding of CQC regulations and compliance.
- Strong people and networking skills.
- An understanding of the Charity Commission's regulatory requirements.
- Substantial experience of managing services and resources in a changing organisational environment.
- Strong leadership and team building skills.
- The Ability to develop and maintain effective partnerships both inside outside of the organisation.
