Location: Bolton

Salary: £75,000

Hours: Full Time, Permanent

8am-5pm

The Role

The Company are looking for an exceptional, hardworking, and highly motivated Operations Director to oversee their Manufacturing Plant based in Bolton.

On a day-to-day basis you will provide support and guidance to a professional team of Managers who act as responsible individuals to ensure the smooth production and delivery of their products.

Job Role:

• Provide vision, leadership, management, and direction.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation through the Management team.
• Promote high quality standards.
• Ensure that key deliveries on Quality, service, employees, and performance are met and exceeded.
• Implement robust processes to ensure consistency and safety are assured.
• Develop effective relationships at all levels throughout the business
• Cover for the Managing Director and make decisions in their absence.

Skills Required

• Experience in the furniture Manufacturing industry is a must.
• You will be able to demonstrate experience of improving provision
