The Health Foundation is an independent charity committed to bringing about better health and health care for people in the UK.

We are recruiting to the position of Programme Manager for the Networked Data Lab. The Networked Data Lab is the first initiative of its kind - a collaborative network of analytical teams across the UK, aiming to provide national and local health system leaders with data insights to improve health and care and reduce health inequalities. Our partners are embedded within their local health and care systems and, working together, we are leveraging unique local, linked datasets to generate nationally relevant insights into issues facing health and care services.

This is a pivotal role leading the development and delivery of a strategic initiative that will lead to real change in the UK health system. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the programme management team, managing relationships with partners teams, coordinating patient and public involvement and engagement and effectively delivering a complex programme.

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about improving care and delivering programmes of research and analysis to produce insights to inform policy. You are able to demonstrate significant success in programme management and delivery, build strong relationships quickly and enjoy working flexibly across teams. You are experienced in working with analytical teams in the health and care sector or have highly relevant experience from closely aligned fields.
