Part-Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA? Finance Officer looking for your next challenge? This exciting role could be for you!

This exciting new Senior Finance Officer post, created to support the expansion of the UK's leading ovarian cancer charity offers a salary of £30,000-£35,000 p/a and the opportunity to develop leadership within the role. You will be working in their Angel office in London.

In your new role you will be responsible for providing a high standard of service in key financial accounting operational functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, banking and payroll.

Some of your duties will include:

• To maintain all ledgers on the Sage accounts system, ensuring accurate records, a robust control environment and working to month end processing deadlines.
• Process all invoices and other requests for payment on a timely basis.
• To reconcile the purchase ledger with supplier statements, ensuring that all differences are fully investigated and resolved, and that overdue payments are followed up. To review the Aged Creditors report prior to the month end creditors reconciliation and resolve any issues.
• To ensure that bank records are maintained in an accurate and timely manner, and that income received is banked promptly.
• To maintain balance sheet records in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring that an audit trail is maintained of all transactions.

To excel in this role, you will have proven experience in a Finance Officer role and be part-qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA.
