Special Educational Needs Teacher - Severe and Complex Needs School - Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire - MPS/UPS plus SEN Point(s) - September 2022 - Permanent or Long term

Tradewind is working with an exceptional, large SEN School located in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire who supports children with severe and complex learning difficulties! Due to expansion, they require two new teachers from September!
***SEN Teacher - 2 vacancies in Primary and Secondary year groups - Hemel Hempstead
***Permanent or Long-Term role - MPS plus SEN Points - £140 to £220 per day

The School - SEN Teacher
Located in Hemel, this large SEN School has been successfully helping students with severe and complex learning difficulties to build a lifelong passion for learning since its opening 30 years ago. The school has increased in size and due to further expansion, this September is looking to appoint another 2 teachers at any stage of their career who have a passion for supporting SEN children.
Role requirements for the SEN Teachers
- Qualified Teacher Status from either a Primary or Secondary background with SEN experience.
- Challenging behaviour is commonplace and a calm, understanding teacher who can assert themselves will be required - max class size is 4 pupils
- There is plenty of support including several LSA's in each class plus an excellent leadership team who offer ongoing CPD.
- A great understanding and high level of experience of working with SEN pupils is necessary!
