As part of our team, you’ll help our clients determine their compensation structure, executive pay packages, legal and regulatory requirements, tax implications, and financial reporting and accounting advice.

We are looking for Senior Managers to join our team.

The PwC Reward and Employment team help organisations with all aspects of pay and benefits. The team works with many FTSE 100 and other major international and domestic corporates, as well as smaller high growth unlisted businesses across all sectors, advising on the design of short and long-term incentive programmes. The nature of the market means that there is significant demand for people with relevant tax, accounting and legal skills and experience who can also project manage, supervise junior staff and engage with clients.

Our team covers everything from tax and regulatory compliance to reward and performance and inclusion and diversity.

Most of our work is for, main boards, finance and HR functions, and other senior stakeholders, and so there is the opportunity of exposure to senior individuals. An eye for detail, technical accuracy and quality is crucial.
