Rosebery is bringing about a step-change in the way we work. One key area of this change will focus on the homes we manage, their fitness for purpose and the living conditions they provide. Another will focus on strengthening our customer engagement to maximise the value and impact of our resident involvement. These are exciting new roles and they are key parts of our change programme.

We’re looking for two outstanding individuals to become our new Healthy Homes Officers and a highly motivated housing professional to become our new Customer Engagement Officer. For both of these
new roles, you’ll need to demonstrate an appetite for change and service delivery, a focus on customer service and engagement, excellent organisational and communications skills and the ability to make things happen. Rosebery has a One Team approach, so collaboration is at the heart of everything we do.

Healthy Homes Officers (two) Salary up to £32k plus £1,200 car allowance. Closing date for applications is 12 September. Interviews will be held on 20 September 2022.

Customer Engagement Officer Salary up to £32k plus £1,200 car allowance. Closing date for applications is 19 September. Interviews will be held on 27 September 2022.
