Description
École Jeannine Manuel, which opened in London in September 2015, as sister school to an already established bilingual school in France, is now recruiting an IT Technician for an immediate start.
The IT Technician will be working within the IT department to ensure the functionality of the School’s computers system, including deployment of 3rd party applications and database administration; setting up and maintaining staff workstations and user accounts; providing technical support to School staff as necessary and resolving computer and network problems and repairs as necessary.
The successful candidate will :
- Have experience in providing support to users;
- Be able to setup and configure servers and workstations;
- Have experience with troubleshooting and problem resolution;
- Be familiar with backup and recover software and methodologies;
- Have experience in networking, routing and switching;
- Have high level organisation, prioritisation and multitasking skills;
The following is desired but not a requirement:
- BSc degree in Computer Science or related field;
- Experience working in a School or with young people;
