Do you have an interest in working with young people at Secondary School level? Do you have an interest in supporting them in their education journey? As a Russell Group Graduate, your role will be to support pupils with particular individual needs, some Russell Group Graduates work one-to-one, while others work in small groups.
Your role as a Russell Group Graduate will see you help class teachers and other staff to deliver mainstream education to all students. You will help teachers by supervising activities and working with children on an individual, small group or whole-class basis. As a Russell Group Graduate you will be vital in helping young people to gain literacy and numeric skills.
- Great school in the Enfield Area
- Russell Group Graduate role
- First-Class Degree from a top 20 UK University
- Previous experience supporting children, in a school or otherwise, is desirable
- Monday-Friday, 8:30-4pm - Full Time
- £20,520 pro rata, paid weekly on a PAYE basis
- Mainstream Secondary School in Enfield
For this Russell Group Graduate role, you will have a core subject or psychology related degree or experience working with students, and a real dedication and interest in working with young people. As a Russell Group Graduate, you will have a calm and patient approach to your work and the ability to demonstrate the value of education whilst ensuring the safety of the students.
