Salary: £37,474 to £53,353 per annum
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Lecturer/Senior Lecturer to join our team of biomedical and biological scientists and contribute to the teaching and research portfolio of our school at the University.
You will contribute to the teaching of a range of epidemiological and or biomedical sciences topics, at both undergraduate and postgraduate level, using a variety of delivery methods including lectures, workshops, laboratory classes and tutorials, and will also provide a key contribution to the associated assessment of these elements.
Based in the School of Applied Sciences, you will be joining a vibrant, multi-disciplinary team, committed to providing a high-quality educational experience to our students and generating high quality research. You will be inspiring the next generation of biomedical science graduates through your innovative approaches to teaching, informed by research, to create inquisitive thinkers capable of effective decision-making.
You will have an excellent knowledge of biomedical statistics and or epidemiological methodologies and a passion for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students. You will have a well-developed area of research, appropriate to your career stage, which complements the School’s research profile.
The post is offered as a full-time position. However, we would be delighted to consider job-share applications.
