Starting September on a permanent full-time basis, the Headteacher is keen to recruit a Learning Support Assistant, ideally a graduate with experience of supporting others with social and emotional behavioural difficulties. Academically strong, confident, and versatile you will need to be able to make a difference, be empathetic and determined to help engage those students with additional needs. Past experience of working with children / adults with emotional difficulties is essential, but this does not need to be within a school.
