A proactive and driven Studio Assistant is needed for a multi award-winning architecture practice. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be the first point of contact to the studio, and responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the practice.

Duties include:

• Answering switchboard and greeting visitors
• Distributing post and liaising with couriers
• Maintaining kitchen and office supplies
• Organise business travel, including flights, itineraries, hotels etc
• Preparing for studio presentations/talks/lectures
• Organising tickets for events and exhibitions
• Meeting room bookings
• Maintaining the studio space

The successful candidate will have a creative background, with previous experience in the arts/design industries and a passion for architecture. Knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop is highly desirable. A can-do attitude and willingness to get involved in all levels of studio management is paramount. Apply today for this exciting opportunity!
