This is an opportunity to play an important role in a new and dynamic team, taking responsibility for new and existing technology products within the Tax Line of Service. Members of the team work closely with engagement teams and software developers to oversee the end to end processes of bringing products to market.

The role would suit:

Someone with experience of managing end to end processes with an ability to bring in relevant stakeholders as necessary. This would be somebody comfortable working with stakeholder at all levels of seniority and driving projects where necessary. Knowledge of ServiceNow would be preferable but not essential.

The role:

You will work closely with software developers and client engagement teams to manage our Tax Tech product portfolio. Once a product is built, you will be responsible for all elements of the end to end process, including branding, marketing, client support, risk and financials as well as agreeing further development and product iteration.

You will have the opportunity to work across all aspects of the Tax Line of Service, quickly picking up an understanding of new products and their benefits and ensuring all elements are run as smoothly as possible. This will often require you to challenge the status quo and provide constructive suggestions for how things can be done differently.
