Support Administrator

We’re looking for an experienced Administrator to provide administrative support to a Leeds services.

Position: S962 Stroke Support Administrator

Location: Homebased, Leeds, North East and Yorkshire. However, occasional travel maybe required as part of this role (May include team meetings or other work related meetings)

Hours: Part time, 21 hours per week

Salary: Salary circa £10,944 per annum

Contract: This is a fixed term contract until 31 March 2023

Reporting to the Service Administration Manager, with support from the Service Delivery Coach.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving high quality reporting.
  • Organising resources for use by the services.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Interacting with our clients and customers over the phone, via letters and email.
