The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and talented transformation professional who wants to play a key role in supporting service transformation and change within a prestigious public sector organisation. Hampshire County Council’s Children’s Service is very highly regarded nationally and rated Outstanding by Ofsted.

You will be based in Winchester, a beautiful and historic city on the edge of the South Downs national park, with good travel links to London. A hybrid approach that enables a combination of remote working and attending the office for specific work, or to attend team meetings/workshops is operated by the Council. As part of our commitment to flexible working, we offer a range of work styles, including the opportunity to work a nine-day fortnight.
