Description
Senior Consultant (Leadership and Organisational Development)
Salary: £84,951 – £101,432 (more may be available for an exceptional candidate)
Location: Central London but travel is an essential requirement
About this role
Our vision is that the best possible health and care is available to all. Help us make it happen.
As part of our ambitious aims, we are committed to supporting people and leaders across the health and care system, through organisational development, system leadership, individual and team development.
We wish to recruit a Senior Consultant to join our talented and dynamic team. You will ensure the highest standards of design, delivery and evidence-based interventions to a diverse range of clients.
Your work will combine the unique applied learning from our leadership and organisation development practice with our policy and research insights. You will also play a lead role in consulting to clients in partnership, designing and delivering our leadership and organisational development interventions and programmes and in identifying new business opportunities to help us achieve our strategic ambitions.
About you
As a skilled leadership and OD practitioner, kind, compassionate and able to inspire and influence others, you’ll be a credible practitioner with great experience to contribute from a relevant field. With experience in a similar role, you’ll be passionate about the potential of people and teams and the development of collaborative, inclusive and compassionate leadership.
We are particularly interested in hearing from people who have significant experience in leading OD work within and across organisations in different parts of the health and care system, including local authorities and the VCSE sectors.
What makes you stand out from the crowd, is your ability to work with diverse individuals and teams, helping them to bring positive change to organisations and systems across the health and care sector. You’ll share our values and be ambitious in your collaborations with people externally and internally, to develop new ideas for achieving our strategic ambitions.
Here at the Fund, we actively encourage applicants from underrepresented backgrounds, people from Black and ethnic minority backgrounds, those with disabilities and from the LGBT+ community. We want people to bring their unique blend of experiences, backgrounds, perspectives, and knowledge as we recognise that diversity makes us stronger.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have invested in up-skilling and pivoting our delivery model to embrace digital opportunities. We will continue to blend our delivery modes with digital, face to face and asynchronous learning opportunities and you will be expected to work in our facility and on client sites across the UK.
