Working as a Social Worker or Senior Social Worker at Frimley Park Hospital on the Hampshire/Surrey border, you will be part of a supportive and friendly team working with other social/health care professionals to improve the wellbeing of older adults.

You will need to demonstrate a sound understanding of how to apply a strengths-based approach to practice, whilst being person centred and able to promote safe and effective social care services in accordance with the Care Act 2014. You will assess service users in a variety of settings, including virtual platforms.

Ideally, we are looking for people who can demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with their colleagues, other professionals and the people who use our services.

As a Social Worker, you will need good organisational skills (including the ability to balance competing workload demands). You will either be working on site at Frimley Park Hospital, or completing face to face assessments in community settings .
