You will use your excellent influencing and networking skills to make sure the voice of solicitors is heard at the highest level in Wales - whether it's in the Senedd, within Welsh Government or across the wider membership of the Law Society.

You will be a public affairs and policy professional with a demonstrable knowledge of and passion for politics and policy-making in Wales. With experience of influencing tactfully and diplomatically at all levels, you will be able to work effectively in a busy and fast paced environment.
You will also have the ability to provide useful analysis of policy and legislative developments, clearly communicating well considered implications for the profession and Law Society policy.
Having an existing knowledge of the legal sector in Wales would be useful but more importantly you are a fast learner who builds credibility with senior people quickly.

We offer hybrid working, a generous flexible benefits package, a friendly working environment and the opportunity to develop your career within a professional organisation.
