The Fire Service in Nottinghamshire Is looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join their team.

HR ADMINISTRATOR

£21,269 to £23,023 p.a.

37 hours per week Monday to Friday

Location: Joint Headquarters, Sherwood Lodge, Arnold, Nottingham NG5 8PP

Please Note: Applicants must be authorised to work in the UK

The postholder will provide a comprehensive and full range of administrative support to the Section.

You will be responsible for co-ordinating recruitment and promotion processes, maintaining databases and extracting reports, co-ordinating meetings and taking minutes, issuing documentation and providing administrative support to the wider Human Resources team.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter, effective organiser and experienced administrator, with experience in using Microsoft Office and be able to work effectively in a busy working environment. They will also be an excellent communicator and be able to deal confidentially with employees at all levels.

The role is based at Sherwood Lodge in Arnold and forms part of the wider Human Resources team.
