Description
We are delighted to announce our recruitment team is expanding. We are currently looking for experienced recruitment professionals to join our amazing team.
Hours: 37.5 Hours per week. Monday to Friday 8:45am – 5:15pm with an hour for lunch.
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Location: Heelis, Swindon - 2 days office based, and 3 days home based. Travel to our wonderful places will be required from time to time
Interview: 22nd & 23rd September
Internally this role will be known as “Internal Recruiter”

What you'll be doing
As an Internal Recruiter, you will play a key role in the future success of the company, working alongside the Candidate Manager to find the best candidates in the market for a variety of Food & Beverage roles.
A “normal” day could include taking vacancy briefings, creating advert copy, researching, and deciding on attraction routes, liaising with stakeholders and external suppliers. You will proactively work with your hiring managers to advertise vacancies locally and various online platforms to attract the best calibre of applicants and successfully fill our roles.
Who we're looking for

- Have relevant recruitment experience and an understanding of legislation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport as well as persuade, influence, and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge of driving recruitment improvements through identify pattern and trends
- Highly organised, adaptable and can deal with volume recruitment
- Experience of direct sourcing (CV searching and LinkedIn)
- Ability to influence & challenge at all levels
- Client focused approach with strong prioritisation skills
