Following the retirement of our CEO we are looking for an outstanding CEO to build on our successes and contribute to our vision of 'Inspiring Greatness' in all members of our community.

We are a MAT of 10 primary and secondary schools, driven by our values of Independence, Collaboration and Humanity. As an experienced strategic leader, your role will be to lead and serve our schools and the staff and pupils in them.

This rewarding role involves working directly with schools, our Trust Board and our central team to ensure the best possible education and the most effective use of resources. Strategic thinking, planning and a commitment to continuous improvement are all essential parts of the role.

The successful candidate will possess:

• experience of successful system leadership
• a proven track record of inspiring others to achieve high standards
• an understanding of academy finance and budget management
• experience knowledge and understanding of working within the education sector
• a commitment to our values
• resilience
• creativity
