Role Overview
As our services develop, we’re looking someone to join us in our Wellbeing Service who will work closely with Wellbeing Services Manager to streamline the referral process from both adults and children to ensure families receive an overall counselling and wellbeing package of support.
This role will oversee and co-ordinate referrals into the Counselling and Wellbeing Services, completing initial assessments and triaging to determine client needs for women and children accessing the organisation to enhance the wrap-round support in place.
We’re seeking a skilled person, who has experience working within Counselling and Wellbeing services, and the ability to co-ordinate referrals for both adults and children and allocate services appropriately.
You’ll be joining the Wellbeing Service, where we value democratic working, mutual respect and constructively challenging each other, as well as the status quo. If this appeals to you, and you’re keen to put those values into practice as part of our team, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll find your colleagues within the organisation to be passionate and driven by a shared ambition to centre women and children in decision-making. We want someone who is equally as passionate about our cause. We’re not looking for perfection, we want congruence, creativity, and accountability. If that’s you, take a look at the JD and Person Spec to find out more. Hopefully, we’ll be reading your application to join us soon.
