Agency Bell are looking for a team assistant to help the smooth running of a small team of consultants (there are 5 of us).

The facts:
We run very busy desks across design, client services, freelance and perm for creative agencies and also brand-side. We need help to keep things running smoothly.

You will grab hold of the database, plus ATS and make them places that holds up to date information on our candidates.

We need help to make sure that our freelancers send correct info and that it all tallies up.

We aren’t commodity/volume recruiters, so you need to be curious and interested in consultative recruitment. That is, we spend time building relationships with clients and candidates alike. Your role can develop as you get to grips with the business.

You’ll:

• (Ideally) be interested in the visual/commercial arts. It’s not a must-have but will make the job more interesting

• Possibly have studied design, but don’t want to be a designer and prefer to organise and help things run smoothly.

• Be a completer-finisher

• Be curious about people and the creative sector

• Be great with detail
