The Bumblebee Conservation Trust (the Trust) is experiencing unprecedented demand to help businesses improve their environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices. Growing these relationships benefits both bumblebees and the Trust too, via increased habitat, public engagement and income.

We are looking for a new full-time Senior Partnerships Officer to help us develop and grow this income stream.

Your primary role will be to proactively develop, grow and account manage meaningful, long-lasting partnerships with a range of businesses and to co-ordinate activities across the Trust.

Working alongside the CEO and Fundraising Manager, you will contribute to the overall fundraising strategy, nurturing existing and developing new business partnerships that inspire long term financial support.

You will be a dynamic, personable individual with a proven track record of working with businesses and delivering effective partnerships.

You will have strong written and verbal communications skills and experience of building effective relationships with users and stakeholders remotely.

This is a full-time, permanent position based at the Trust’s office in Eastleigh, home-based or hybrid arrangement.
