Are you a primary specialist and experienced in working with young people within an ESBD setting? If you're an SEN specialist, or have particular strengths within ESBD, this is an excellent opportunity.

If you're looking for an SEN teaching job to further your career, the added leadership opportunity will offer career progression. Specific experience with ESBD children is important here, we're looking to make a commitment to the school for the long term from the start of the new academic year. Of course, you will display abilities in relationship building and abilities in developing long lasting and meaningful connections with Key Stage 2 children, with a view to re integrating them back into a mainstream setting.

As a teacher in charge here, you will have responsibility in KS2 for the small cohort. It is vital that you hold prior experience within an ESBD setting. You will be totally empathetic; not only during the day to day challenges that the setting will bring, but also in relation to the bigger picture - being able to see exactly where these children are coming from, regarding their personal experiences and circumstances.
