Do you have a First-Class degree from a top 20 UK university? Are you an outstanding graduate looking for an English Academic Mentor role in a fantastic Enfield Secondary School?

As an English Academic Mentor, you will have outstanding subject knowledge and a real passion and love for your subject.
- First-Class English degree
- Outstanding subject knowledge
- £20,520 pro rata, Paid weekly on a PAYE basis
- Monday-Friday, 8:30-4pm - Full Time
- Opportunities to remain in post or to progress on to Initial Teacher Training

This role as a English Academic Mentor, will see you support students in an inclusive environment ensuring that no student is left behind. Whilst supporting a diverse range of students including both the most abled students as well as those who are less able you will be able to build up your practical knowledge that is required to move on to Initial Teacher Training. You will be required to produce creative and engaging sessions for students and use your first-class subject knowledge to guide and support each student in a customised way.
