Campaign Manager (F2F) - Australia
Are you looking for the opportunity to live and work in Australia? If you are an experienced face to face fundraising or sales team leader, then this could be the role for you.
Location - Australia
Salary - $70, 000 AUD, negotiable + bonus (OTE $120K)
Reporting to - Director of Fundraising

RG Fundraising specialise in delivering fundraising campaigns, raising money for Australia's leading charities. The team are industry experts and bring together 50 years of charity and agency experience. Their aim is to be the best quality, sustainable fundraising programme in Australia.
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader/Campaign manager to lead RG Fundraising's passionate face to face fundraising team. This is a role that will require you to raise income but also drive the performance of the team. You will lead from the front, managing and motivating your team. You'll recruit for the team and provide regular coaching and training.
Your background may come from face-to-face fundraising (charity or agency) or from a sales role where you have been responsible for raising income and working to targets. This is a hands-on management role but would someone looking to step up and advance their career.
You will have the opportunity to work in a role that will offer you autonomy, an excellent base salary and bonus (OTE $120K) plus industry leading training. There is potential for sponsorship in this role.
