Teaching Assistant- SEN Support. Birmingham.

The Catholic Partnership Supply Service are looking for a full time Teaching Assistant with the capacity to offer SEN support to all year groups. The school's last Ofsted was deemed as 'Good' and has an ethos to create compassion, thoughtfulness and the ability to promote a positive self-image of all pupils in attendance at the school.

This school requires a TA who can commit to working hours from 08.30am-15:30pm for the successful candidate. You must have good knowledge of the National Curriculum and be able to offer strong academic support when supporting teaching staff, show flexibility and be able to demonstrate good behaviour management when working with pupils 1:1 when required.

As the successful TA you will need to:

- Be enthusiastic, reliable and versatile.

- Experience in supporting children across all Key Stages.

- Prior experience of working with children with SEN or SEMH needs.

- Be able to cultivate a positive, enthusiastic and caring environment.

- Confident in communicating with the leadership team and parents.

The Catholic Partnership Supply Service requires all teachers to have a fully enhanced DBS check, minimum of two references plus a face-to-face interview.
