- Modern Languages Graduate - Teaching and Learning Associate Partner

- Salary: £23,904 (pro rata to term time only) | £459.69 per week (inclusive of holiday pay, paid on a weekly PAYE basis)
- Hours: 08:00 - 16:30

As the new Modern Languages Graduate you will provide support to the MFL department working as an Teaching and Learning Associate Partner. You will work in partnership with other professional colleagues including class teachers by contributing to the planning and preparation of learning resources as is necessary to meet the needs of individuals and groups of learners. You will develop schemes of work together with personalised study support programme(s) tailored to meet the needs of individual learners. You will be required to asses and evaluate the impact of your intervention sessions on student progress, achievement and amending practice as a result. Potentially, you will carry out student and parent voice interviews about the effectiveness of the intervention programme. Work co-operatively with intervention team colleagues and others to ensure the success of all students identified as needing intervention.
The Modern Languages Graduate role is available as a long-term assignment until the end of the academic year, the opportunity to secure a place on the school’s salaried teacher training programme is on offer for September 2023.
