Description
The University has an exciting opportunity for a Process Improvement Lead to work with the Transformation Team within University Services.
Reporting to the Head of Process Improvement and working with the fellow members of the WCGT team, and project teams from across the University, the Process Improvement Lead will lead the diagnostics and team engagement within improvement projects in flight that are designed to transform our staff and student experience through process improvement. Utilising their specialist technical experience and intricate knowledge of a wide range of process improvement techniques to lead the diagnosis and design of solutions that will improve our internal processes alongside our ways of working. Thereafter responsible for driving the implementation of effective solutions delivering quantifiable benefits across the University.
In addition, building credible relationships with our most senior stakeholders enabling them to transfer knowledge in process improvement methodologies into any area. The postholder will be required to lead the implementation of solutions across multiple projects and squad teams. Working directly with a wide range of senior operational managers across the University to influence and ensure the adherence of change, to be able to work effectively as a part of the delivery team to embed improvements in processes and our ways of working that will deliver real benefits in terms of our user and/or staff experience and create value adding time for our teams.
This post is full time (35 hours per week) and offered on an open ended basis.
