Your new role:

You will be responsible for delivering prepared lessons and supervising whole class lessons during short term absence of teaching staff. You will ensure that the ethos of the school is maintained to ensure that every student receives great lessons in a calm and scholarly atmosphere.

We are looking for someone who is committed to the outcomes of every student and is looking to develop their career in secondary education. This role offers the opportunity to gain experience of a classroom setting with possible further development. In return, you will be joining a warm and friendly team with excellent staff well-being.


What you'll need to succeed:

* Good communication, team working, and organisational skills
* Able to effectively engage and relate with children
* Have experience of working with secondary age students
* Confident in delivering prepared lessons
* Able to motivate and inspire students
* Be able to manage behaviour in line with school policy
* Be committed to the Ethos of the school
