Your new role
As an ECT the world is your oyster, utilising your specialism as either a class teacher in Primary or a Subject Teacher in Primary is considered the standard route and if that is what you are looking for we have live options to discuss. On the other hand, that isn't for everyone, we have recent experience of working with ECTs to; grow their experience as a Cover Teacher, hone their skills in Learning Support and also on occasion make a move into school back office support. What you'll need to succeed
To succeed within this role, you must have QTS and be passionate about working within the education sector. You will have recent and relevant experience within a similar role and be confident in your abilities.
