Horizon Teachers is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a lovely and SEN school in Croydon.
The school is a co-educational special school specialising in autism and complex needs and addresses the social communication, cognitive, sensory and social, emotional, and behavioural needs of pupils aged 2 - 19.
Teaching assistant:
•Proven experience as a TA and worked with SEN
•An understanding of challenging behaviour
•Strong communication, literacy and numeracy skills is desirable
•Have good behaviour management skills
